Is this affiliated with IDES or the State of Illinois?+
No. Illinois Job Tracker is an independent, third-party tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Illinois Department of Employment Security (IDES), the State of Illinois, or any government agency.
What is the ADJ034F form?+
It's the official IDES work search record form. Illinois UI benefits Claimants are required to document their weekly job-search contacts and be able to produce this record when IDES asks. The app generates this form automatically from the contacts you've logged.

On Pro and Case Worker plans, this feature uses Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and AI to scan screenshots of a job listing (such as an INdeed confirmation screen or an email receipt). It extracts the relevant text - like the company name, date, and job title - and automatically logs it into the work search contact form, saving you the trouble of manual data entry.

It allows a single professinal to monitor, manage, and easily export te job search compliance logs of multiple clients at once to ensure they are meeting their unemployemnt requirements.
